Pick-Up, Shipping, & Returns

Local Pick-Up

We offer curbside pick-up at our Reno taproom (401 E. 4th St. Reno, NV; see map below).  Order and pay online. You can pick-up your order during our normal business hours (Wed-Sat from 3-6 pm). Please allow for at least 30 minutes for us to put your order together. Once you get to the taproom, pull-up to the cones and wave hi through the window. We'll then bring your order out.


  • A Note on Mead: Mead is only available for local pick-up, while all other items can be shipped to you. If a style of mead you ordered runs out be, we will try to notify you asap and your order will be refunded.

Shipment Processing, Rates, & Delivery

Shipping is available for all items, except mead.  All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship to addresses within the U.S. only. An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.


**Shipping Damages** Black Rabbit Mead Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Because of the limited batch runs we do on our apparel, we don't do refunds. We do offer free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.


Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Stickers, buttons, and gift cards are not able to be returned or exchanged.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.


To initiate a return or exchange, please do the following:


  • Taproom:  Come to the taproom during our normal business hours with the product and one of our bartenders will exchange it or give you store credit. 

  • Shipping: If you're item was shipped to you, send us an email and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
